After years of exceptional leadership, Mr. Lim Kok Khoon has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mentor Media. He will continue to serve as Senior Advisor, focusing on strategic initiatives and supporting the company’s long-term development.
Since joining the Elanders Group in 2014, Mr. Lim has been instrumental in transforming Mentor Media into a trusted global partner in supply chain management. His leadership, vision, and dedication have played a central role in advancing the company’s operations, capabilities, and culture of excellence. Mentor Media extends its deepest appreciation to Mr. Lim for his significant contributions and continued support.
The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Simon Sim as President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Sim brings over two decades of leadership experience in contract logistics, having held senior positions across some of Asia’s leading logistics organizations. Most recently, he served as CEO of a major Singapore-based logistics subsidiary, where he led the successful development of an integrated omnichannel platform serving multiple Asian markets.
In his first message to employees, Dr. Sim shared his commitment to continuity, collaboration, and purposeful transformation:
